Caroline Hodge
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Caroline is a tenured executive with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare delivery, clinical leadership, operations, and strategy. Before founding Dimer Health, Caroline was the National VP of Clinical Ops, Growth, and Strategy for DocGo, and served as the National VP for APPs for Envision Healthcare.
Caroline is passionate about developing technology solutions that enhance healthcare outcomes and efficiencies.
Sarig Reichart

Sarig is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for building exceptional products and teams. Prior to co-founding Dimer Health, he founded and led two successful business units, Wix Promote and Wix Bookings. As the leader of Wix Bookings, Sarig transformed it into the leading online platform for small businesses to manage their schedule, accept bookings, and receive payments.
When he's not working, Sarig enjoys running, biking, and spending time with his family and friends.
Gidon Coussin
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Born and raised in Israel (Retired captain IDF paratroopers), Gidon is a business development veteran turned Physician Assistant in emergency medicine (Doctorate).
An avid sports fan, and a struggling ironman, Gidon is happily married to Halit and the proud father of Adam, Mika & Ben.
Dhaval Patel

Dhaval is a remarkable and forward-thinking leader, possessing more than 13 years of invaluable expertise in healthcare delivery, particularly in the dynamic field of Emergency Medicine. His exceptional background in clinical operations has solidified his reputation as an innovative force within the industry. Prior to establishing Dimer Health, Dhaval served as the Regional Director for Advanced Practice Providers at RWJBarnabas Health, where he fostered a culture of excellence by assembling a highly skilled team dedicated to identifying and addressing system inefficiencies with remarkable efficacy.
Beyond his professional achievements, Dhaval finds joy in exploring the wonders of our world through travel, and he embraces the invigorating challenge of playing golf during his leisure time.
