Dr. David Feldman
Physician
Dr. Feldman joined Dimer Health soon after its inception as Chief Medical Officer. He received his medical degree from Rutgers - New Jersey Medical School and subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine residency and EMS fellowship at Morristown Medical Center. He is double board certified in EM and EMS. Dr. Feldman has been practicing clinical medicine for over a decade, holding multiple academic and administrative leadership roles. He currently is the lead Airway and Emergency Management Physician for the New York Jets.
Dr. Zhou Zhang
Physician
Dr. Zhang graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and then went to medical school at Jefferson Medical College. He subsequently completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center. He has over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine, and is the Medical Director of Dimer Health.
Andrea Tretola
Physician Assistant
Andrea is a board certified Physician Assistant with nearly 11 years of dedicated service in emergency medicine. She is highly regarded for her diagostics accumen and compassionate patient care.

Palak Patel
Physician Assistant
Palak, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with 18 years of clinical experience in specialties including emergency and hospital medicine, critical care, interventional radiology and street medicine. Her most recent clinical practice includes Bariatric Medicine. She focuses on disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. She earned her Bachelor's of Science and Physician Assistant degree from St. John's University.
Kasy DiSomma
Physician Assistant
Kasey is an enthusiastic and compassionate PA who most enjoys relating to patients and helping them through every stage of their healthcare journey. She is experienced in emergency medicine and urgent care across multiple NJ facilities.
Sam Crowning
Physician Assistant
Sam has been providing care to patients in the emergency department setting for over 8 years. When he is not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two young children and traveling to new destinations.
Dhaval Patel
Physician Assistant
Dhaval co-founded Dimer Health after experiencing a discharge gap in the current healthcare system. He is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 14 years of Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care experience. He has worked in various facilities in NJ, NY and PA. Dhaval loves to travel and play golf.
Beth Balavram
Physician Assistant
Beth Balavram is a board certified Physician Assistant with 9+ years experience in emergency medicine. She is also privileged to work within education as a Clinical Advisor at the Rutgers PA program, guiding students through the clinical phase of the program and helping shape future clinicians. Beth is excited and honored to be a part of the Dimer Health team.
Christine Isabella
Physician Assistant
Christine is a board certified Physician Assistant with 9+ years of Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care experience. She began her career at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center where still works in the Emergency Room.
Dr. Taylor Isenberg
Physician
Taylor completed his residency at Morristown Medical Center in the summer of 2024, serving as the chief resident his final year. He is now an attending physician at Overlook Medical Center’s emergency department. Outside of medicine Taylor is an avid New York sports fan, rooting for the Mets, Jets and Knicks.
Julia Appleman
Physician Assistant
Julia has over nine years experience in both Emergency Medicine as well as in Urgent Care Medicine. She currently practices at a busy Urgent Care where she serves as the Clinic Medical Director. Julia’s diverse clinical background lets her provide exceptional patient care while treating a wide range of medical conditions. During her free time Julia loves spending time with her family and traveling.

Bernadette Parga

Bernadette has been practicing for the last 14 years, 11 of which were spent in Hospital Medicine. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and running after her 2 year old son! Fun fact - she ran the 2015 NYC marathon, and now can't run more than 3 miles.

Physician
Dr. Kalczynski hails from Central New Jersey, and trained in Emergency Medicine at Morristown Medical Center. He has a special interest in wilderness and austere medicine, as well as the Emergency Medical Services.
Caroline Hodge, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Caroline has over 18 years of experience practicing clinical medicine in the ER and hospital settings. She spent much of her career in clinical leadership, focusing on leveraging clinical teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care. When she’s not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her daughter’s tennis pursuits, and exploring the outdoors.
