We partner with providers, hospitals, and health systems to reduce readmissions, improve outcomes, and ensure continuity of care—through a network of "Transitionist" providers and a technology-enabled service model.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hungry, relationship-driven Regional Account Executive (New York) to own our growth in the assigned region. You will drive revenue by securing partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, FQHCs, and physician groups who would benefit from Dimer’s transitional care model. This is a high-performance, commission-heavy role, ideal for someone with healthcare sales experience and a strong regional network.
As a field based role, travel is primarily with the assigned region and will be up to 80% of your total time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong pipeline of the short-term and long-term regional business development plans by customer type.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, educating, negotiating, and closing.
- Build relationships with physicians, discharge planners, hospital administrators, CMOs, and referral networks.
- Identify high-potential post-discharge care gaps and present Dimer’s solution and clear value proposition.
- Coordinate with the Clinical Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
- Represent Dimer Health at local healthcare events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and report regularly on pipeline progress and wins.
- Establish ongoing, trusting relationships with current customers and forge relationships with new customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare (post-acute, home health, telemedicine, care coordination, health systems preferred).
- Proven track record of quota attainment and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of the provider landscape in your regional market.
- Unwavering commitment to prospecting and closing, with a history of overcoming obstacles to secure new business independently.
- Motivated by a fast-paced, startup environment with autonomy, ownership, and self-accountability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in strategic account planning skills and providing concise routine updates to senior leadership
- Existing relationships with hospital networks or provider groups is a major plus.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
- Commission: performance-based commission plan, uncapped
